- the development of a SEMP (Stub Equivalence Management Platform) BT Openreach Simulator for BT Global Services, BT Retail, BT Migration and BT Wholesale - supports EMP500, EMP600, EMP700, EMP800, EMP900 and EMP1000 and covers DialogueServices, Fulfilment, Assurance & Issue Management messages.
- the development of Stub KBD (Knowledge Based Diagnosis Tool) for the BT Retail and BT Wholesale divisions.
- the development of automated DEDS (Data Exchange Distribution System);
- software maintanence, web development and analysis;
- error detection and correction.
