Case Study – Local Employment Access Projects (“LEAP”)


About the client:
LEAP is a not for profit organisation that delivers government contracts in the welfare to work sector – providing suitable work placements for jobseekers that have otherwise been unable to find work. LEAP secures its funding on the basis that certain requirements are met - i.e., that it will assist certain demographics and place a certain number of people into work.

Why did they come to ClientEnabled?
LEAP required a secure and comprehensive project tracking and monitoring database in order to store its project details. In addition, LEAP required the migration of tens of thousands of records from their old database to the new system.

How did we help?
LEAP's requested database was to be the backbone of their operation. They therefore required a comprehensive database that provided the following functions:

  • data storage and record keeping;
  • a high level of security;
  • a mail merge facility;
  • a report generation tool for monitoring and evaluation;
  • a dynamic reporting tool (for ad hoc reports);
  • multi-level access rights for staff members;
  • an associate management system;
  • a log of all interactions with clients and associates;
  • an Avery-compatible label generating facility; an email messaging system;
  • data cleansing and duplication prevention measures;
  • a customisable alert facility for specified events;
  • an activity management system; and
  • a newsletter application.
