Corporate Social Responsibility
Initiatives to produce a positive impact on society
Corporate social responsibilities play a key part in ClientEnabled's business model - we are acutely aware of the impact corporations can have on society and the responsibilities that come with running a business.
In addition to regular meetings to promote and discuss new ways of making a positive on society therefore, we have in place company-wide policies that our employees adhere to, including:
Charitable donations and charitable work
One of the most direct ways of giving back to the community is via charitable donation.
ClientEnabled makes annual donations to:
Green initiatives
ClientEnabled is sensitive to the impact organisations have on the environment and, as such, has designed and effected a number of schemes that together form our green initiative plan.
ClientEnabled's green initiatives extend to the following:
- Low-emission transportation
- Paperless billing
- Tree planting initiative
Low-emission transportation
In an effort to cut carbon emissions, every ClientEnabled employee refrains from using private transportation when travelling to and from work as well as to and from meetings whenever possible.
Paperless billing
ClientEnabled encourage a paperless billing and invoicing scheme and will provide the same in electronic form unless the customer requests otherwise. Our paperless billing and invoicing initiative is designed to reduce the impact on the environment as well as helping to reduce physical clutter associated with paper bills and invoices.
Tree planting initiative
ClientEnabled are aware that all persons - and in turn businesses - create a carbon footprint that has an impact on the environment. To offset the carbon footprint ClientEnabled creates as a company, we have pledged to make a regular donation to the Plant A Tree Today Foundation (PATT).
The PATT Foundation are involved in a variety of tree planting initiatives, including forest restoration, community forestry in rural villages to provide sustainable development, and reforestation and research projects for education purposes.
More information on the PATT Foundation can be found here.
