Inbound SMS marketing & communication
The SMS Gateway System lets you set up text-in services - enabling your clients to text in messages to a given telephone number or a special shortened telephone number (also known as a “short code”: 12345, for example).

The SMS Gateway System is able to respond to an inbound SMS in a variety of ways, including: capturing the SMS data (e.g., the telephone number, together with all or a specific part of the SMS message) and automatically storing the same into designated fields of your database; or sending automated or custom replies.

Keyword Response
Our SMS Gateway System includes more advanced features, such as Keyword Response - performing the inbound SMS functions listed above in accordance with user-defined keywords in the System. On receiving an SMS, the SMS Gateway System recognises a designated keyword (or a combination of designated keywords) and responds according to user preferences.

Outbound SMS marketing & communication
Our SMS Gateway Solution lets you SMS messages quickly and cost effectively from any computer with internet access. Whether you need to send one SMS or a bulk SMS campaign to thousands, simply log in, create your message (or select it from a pre-determined template), select your recipients (individually, specified by groups or all) and then send (or schedule for delivery at a specified time and date).

Government sector
Our SMS Gateway System plays a key role in assisting Greenwich Council’s Local Labour and Business' “GLLaB” Regeneration project.

The SMS Gateway System provides an efficient and direct means of communicating work placements, seminars and courses to jobseekers within the local community. Likewise, the SMS System provides a direct channel for jobseekers to book a relevant placement, seminar or course via SMS.

GLLaB uses our SMS Gateway System to great effect in their Regeneration projects. Prior to implementing our SMS System, the process of notifying jobseekers of relevant placements, awaiting email or postal responses from interested jobseekers and managing the attendance and booking confirmation lists in respect of the relevant placements was an operation that took a number of days. With our SMS Gateway System in place, such an operation is completed in a matter of hours.

The entertainment sector
We have found in our experience with promoters that mobile marketing via SMS has provided the advantage over their competitors in respect of confirmed customers.

Our SMS Gateway System provides the mobile marketing tools to promote events and offers (e.g., special events, the launch of new night, restaurant reservation confirmation/restaurant promotions, a new campaign, or discounts on a particular event) via SMS right up to the last minute – at a time when potential customers are already out and about, away from their computer and considering which event to attend.

The SMS Gateway System can also be configured to send reminders to customers in respect of their reservations on a particular event night.

In addition, your customers would be able to directly respond back to a central number, along with a short code that would indicate that they wish - for example - to attend a given event. The system can be configured to automatically recognise the given message response and update your guest list numbers on the fly, as well as monitor customer response frequency.

By using our SMS payment feature, your customers would be able to make an advanced payment for a given event or service (for example, entry/queue-skipping cover charge for a club, theatre or music venue). Depending on how you wish to set up the system, once the system has received a specified payment, the system can be configured to send a receipt with a generated passcode (telephone number and name specific) that they can show at the venue to confirm their payment.
